জনসাধারনের নিকট সাধারন শেয়ার বিক্রয়ের জন্য যখন শেয়ারের প্রকৃত মূল্যের চেযে অধিক মুল্যে শেয়ার ক্রয়ের আহবান জানানো হয় তাকে বলে অধিহারে শেয়ার ইস্যু।
প্রকৃতমুল্যের চেয়ে যে পরিমান মুল্য বেশি নেওয়া হয় তাকে বলে শেয়ার অধিহার। শেয়ার অধিহার কোম্পানির জন্য একটি মুলধন জাতীয় লাভ। যা উদ্বর্তপত্রে দায় পার্শ্বে দেখানো হয়।
